1.2 By booking or attending an appointment, you ("you", "the client", "the patient") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1.3 Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over, lawfully entitled to receive services in the UK.
2.1 We provide private, on-site phlebotomy (blood draw) and laboratory testing services for health, wellness, sports performance, and related purposes. We do not offer postal or home collection services.
2.2 Testing is carried out in partnership with accredited laboratories. Sample collection and contracting remain under our control.
2.3 Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Results are for informational purposes only and should always be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

3.2 In-person bookings: A contract is formed once we receive your completed test request form and full payment onsite.
3.3 All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the clinic.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse service requests. If we do, no fees will be charged.

6.3 We are not responsible for interpreting results. You are strongly advised to seek independent medical advice.
6.4 Testing may occasionally need to be repeated if a sample is unsuitable, insufficient, or delayed in transit.

8.3 You are responsible for acting on your results and arranging appropriate medical follow-up.

9.2 We maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, but you accept responsibility for your own safety while attending appointments.
9.3 Blood testing may, on rare occasions, cause dizziness, fainting, bruising, or other minor reactions. If you feel unwell during or after your appointment, notify a member of staff immediately. Our staff will take reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but you accept that such reactions are recognised risks of phlebotomy.
9.4 Any accidents must be reported immediately so they can be recorded in our Accident Book in line with health & safety regulations.
